Automatic Vehicle Checking System - Project Description:

Our project use valuable RADIO FREQUENCY to transmit data from car to checkpost, toll booth, etc..

Now a day’s registration of new vehicle is very high. So it is very tough for a traffic police man to check the proper documentation of the vehicle. Now a day’s vehicle checking system is fully manual in check post areas. When the documents related to vehicle like RC book, insurance are not proper means they need to stop and fined the driver. This process requires more time and man power. It creates traffic in the check post area. In the proposed system will be designed as an automated process. In this project the vehicle is attached with a RF transmitter and the RF receiver is attached with a PC. The RC book, insurance details about a particular vehicle is stored in the PC. Each vehicle is attached with unique RF transmitter. It is having a capability of transmitting a unique signal to RF receiver. When a vehicle is comes near a police check post area. The RF transmitter transmits the signal. The RF receiver attached to a PC is kept in the police check post recei ves the RF signal. After the signal received by the receiver, the information about the particular vehicle is displayed in the PC. The police man need to check the information’s showed in the PC. When the information’s are not correct or wrong they stop the vehicle at the check post and fined the driver. Through this automated process, time, manual works and the traffics will be reduced.
